Some #funfacts, based on our studies, we discovered that although the differences in number are not a lot, the #predominant #gender in the #ITDR centers is still the gentleman.
According to our #literature #reviews, it is suggested that #women are more predisposed to engage in #inter/#transdisciplinary collaboration (Rhoten and Pfirman, 2007).
Within women prevails the desire to work with “#people” (Pinker, 2005), and the occupations that fit best with the ‘people’ could be considered ‘#problem-#oriented’ in their focus (Rhoten and Pfirman, 2007).
